Roster Finalized; Simms May Be Added

The Giants announced their final roster cuts on Saturday, releasing promising WR Brandon London and 6th round pick, QB Andre Woodson.

In other developments, the team signed veteran kicker John Carney to spell Lawrence Tynes until he heals. They also kept only 2 QBs - Eli and David Carr, paving the way for Chris Simms, who was finally let go by Tampa this week.
