Signs $11.5 Million Contract
The Giants will begin camp with very few distractions. First round pick Kenny Phillips was inked to a 5-year, $11.5 million deal on Tuesday. All draft picks have been signed.
The only issues now will be contract extentions for Plaxico Burress and Brandon Jacobs.
